Age & Identity

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• A government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) may be required for verification.
• Providing false information will result in immediate suspension or closure of the account.

One Account Policy

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all account balances may be forfeited and the accounts closed.
• Other family members may create separate accounts, but verification is mandatory.

Account Protection

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential is your responsibility.
• Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.

• The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If you experience any issue, please contact the support team.
• Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be sent via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Currency & Conversion

• All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
• No hidden conversion fees are applied.

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount of bets must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering required for the ৳1,000 bonus: ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.
• Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Misuse of bonuses or any attempt to artificially fulfil wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• A second bonus cannot be claimed while another is active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus policy may change at any time. New terms will be published before they take effect.

Permitted Gaming Activities

VIP Levels

There are 5 VIP levels at robi9. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP Terms

• You can progress to a higher level through regular active gaming activity.
• Cashback amounts are calculated at the start of each week.
• Cashback is credited directly to the account balance.
• The terms of the VIP programme may change at any time.
• Involvement in prohibited activities may result in VIP benefits being cancelled.

Setting Gaming Limits

• Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits on their own account.
• A temporary break or self-exclusion option is available to all members.
• If you notice signs of problematic gambling, contact the support team immediately.

Right to Close Account
